Dear Madam,

On behalf of the All Europe Taekwon-do Federation I would like to express my sincere congratulations and thanks to the Slovak Union of Taekwon-do ITF and to the members of the Organising Committee, who are making tremendous efforts in preparing the XIII Junior and XXII Senior European Taekwon-do Championships to be held on 27^th-29^th April 2007, in Poprad - High Tatras, Slovakia.

The action of granting the organisational rights of the Euros 2007 is an evident acknowledgment of the efforts made by the Slovak Union of Taekwon-do ITF.

We would like to express our enormous appreciation and thanks for the hard work and commitment to the development of Taekwon-do in Slovakia and in Europe to Mrs. Martina Soltisova Semesiova - the President of the Slovak Union of Taekwon-do ITF and the Chairman of the Organising Committee for Euros 2007.

Your organisation has contributed a lot to the development and promotion of Taekwon-do in Europe. We remember the systematically organised Presov Open Tournaments, which in 2007 will be in its 5^th year running. Your sport and organizational achievements are a great reason to be proud and happy and can be an example for others.

We hope that the organization of the XIII Junior and XXII Senior European Taekwon-do Championships will be the next step in the development of Taekwon-do in your country.

I would like to wish all the participants at the Euros 2007 great achievements and subsequent success.
I wish the instructors and coaches great satisfaction as a result of their teaching, as well as pride taken in the competitor's accomplishments. I hope for a successful event for the organizers and memorable emotions for the supporters.

I am looking forward to the immense sporting enthusiasm and I wish you all the best.
